As a small business the daily branding process was daunting.
Pots & Pieces seeks branding that reflected the uniqueness and handcrafted nature of their work. The stress of trying to fit into a DIY identity was overwhelming. Off-the-shelf solutions or quick logo generators just didn't feel true to their one-of-a-kind approach, leaving them feeling stuck and uninspired.

The main logo utilizes a bold and substantial sans-serif typeface. The fused and overlapping design choice hints at the hints at the puzzle-like nature of what the brand creates. 
To maintain consistency, the body font features edited letters, each rotated in a distinct manner, adding a touch of dynamism to the brand’s visual language.

 To evoke the essence of "pieces," the typography was adjusted to fuse some letters together and to allow others to overlap.
